Adebayo Orimalade
Deacon
Deacon Adebayo Orimalade’s journey of faith began in 1991 when he was born again during his first year of secondary school in Nigeria. Around the same time, he was baptized in the Holy Spirit, marking the start of his deep commitment to Christianity. In 1997, he joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), where he actively grew in his faith and ministry. While pursuing his studies at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where he earned a B.Sc. in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, he served as the Student Fellowship (Jesus Foundation Family) president from 2003 to 2005. His passion for Christian leadership led him to further theological studies, and in 2012, he graduated from the RCCG Bible College. That same year, he married Dr. (Mrs.) Olayinka Orimalade, and they have been blessed with two daughters and a son. In 2018, he completed his studies at the RCCG School of Disciples (SOD) and earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria.
Professionally, Deacon Adebayo began his career in banking in 2006 and worked in retail and commercial banking units across multiple banks for 14 years. His vast experience in the financial sector has equipped him with a strong foundation in business and management. However, driven by his passion for new challenges, he is now focusing on a career in project management. His journey is a testament to his dedication, resilience, and continuous pursuit of excellence in both his spiritual and professional life.
